How far in advance may we apply for housing?

Because treatment is unpredictable, ASCF makes every attempt to be as flexible as possible with the families currently residing in our units. As a result, we are NOT able to confirm accommodations any sooner than one week prior to a family’s anticipated arrival date. Applications may be submitted in advance of this time and dates may be “penciled into the calendar.” Families are encouraged in such instances to check back with ASCF one week prior to arrival date for a status update.

What do we need to bring?

All units are provided with towels, kitchenware, cooking utensils and other house wares. Families should plan to provide their own food, beverage, toiletries, cleaning products and other disposable items. All units are equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer and dishwasher. For a complete list of items included in each unit, please review the Move-in Checklist from the Housing Program tab of our website.
