You too can join the campaign to tell two…
Each of us is affected by cancer - whether we are a patient, spouse, relative, friend, or friend-of-a-friend. We all know one person who is fighting the battle, won their courageous struggle, or lost their life to this disease. Everyone is affected. Everyone wants a cure.
We hope to identify this universal bond of cancer, and in a joint effort, share a common passion for one of cancer’s overlooked diseases – sarcoma. Campaigns advocating the awareness of leukemia, lymphoma, lung cancer, breast cancer and other more common cancers have successfully informed and raised public awareness. Now, Two by Two hopes to direct the community’s attention to sarcoma.
While sarcoma is not the most frequent form of cancer, its patients, families, and friends experience the same strife, grief, and emotional angst faced by other cancer patients. They love, they fear, and they fight…resiliently.
It is time that more attention within the cancer community was directed towards sarcoma. If we can share this passion, this goal – to raise awareness for this neglected cancer and to acknowledge the much needed support for this disease within the cancer community - Two by Two can transfer this energy into a movement, and a powerful one at that.
